About Us, SANA is committed to enriching the lives of residents in the East Seventh Avenue Parkway Neighborhood. Our membership is comprised solely of neighbors from the Parkway community.
SANA meets twice per year in a meeting room at the Good Shepherd Church (2626 E. 7th Ave Pkwy). All residents from the neighborhood are encouraged to attend. At each meeting, we typically receive legislative updates from local elected officials, discuss neighborhood news, receive updates on the status of committee efforts and raise new business based on the input of our members. Jesse MorrealeSANA President
Jesse and Carrie welcomed their son in the summer of 2016. Jesse has lived in Denver for over 20 years. He is Founder and President of M, Inc. and owns a collection of bars, restaurants, night clubs, hotels and other real estate in Denver. He has also worked extensively in event promotion. Over the course of all of his endeavors, Jesse has made it a paramount cause to enrich the Denver community, its residents and cultural community, create jobs, and help people. Svein and his wife, Sandy, have lived in their home on Seventh Avenue since 1971. They are avid art collectors; you may have seen the red John McEnroe sculpture in their garden. Svein is a mortgage loan officer at Bank of England, and Sandy is an interior designer. They love the neighborhood, and have walked pretty much all of it over the years. Erica is a longtime resident of the neighborhood, having grown up here. She and her husband, Jeff, have three children and a Newfoundland dog named Lucy. She studied at Miami University of Ohio after graduating from East High School. Erica is passionate about the arts, her community and her family. Beyond her involvement with SANA, she is an active member of the Good Shepherd parent organization. |
Jessica WuTreasurer
Jessica is a Denver native who spent her early childhood years in the neighborhood and was able to make her way back with her husband, Ivan, in January 2011. The couple welcomed their first daughter, Izzy, in November 2016. Jessica serves as SANA's Treasurer. She graduated with a degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and currently works for Kwik Tek, a local water sports and snowshoe manufacturer. She loves walking, running and biking along the parkway and living in such a great community! Jim JehnParkway & Forestry
Jim, his wife, Mary Carol, and three children moved to the neighborhood in 1974! When he's not hard at work as a Water Resources Consultant, Jim can often be found walking his three pure-bred Pulis or indulging in his favorite past-time, woodworking. Jorge CastilloTraffic

Kristin KennedyCommunications - Website, Newsletter & Social Media
Kristin and her husband, Ben, have lived in the neighborhood since 2010. Kristin works as a strategy consultant and corporate trainer. Within the Denver community, she also serves on the board of the Contemporary Alliance. Kristin and Ben love walking the Parkway with their young daughter and two rescue dogs, especially when the gardens are in full bloom! Marc SpearCrime & Safety
